Problems With This Site

I can pull up the website, but then get shut down when I try to log into the message board, or I get kicked out after a few seconds. What's up with that?

I've had a few people with this problem in the past, and it's always been a problem with the web browser being used. (a web browser is a program you use to view the internet, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.). These steps should solve the problem:

1. Make sure the browser is fully updated. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can get all your updates from Windowsupdate.com.

2. Clear out the cache memory (temporary internet files). If you're not sure how to do this, instructions are here: http://support.lexis-nexis.com/lexiscom ... D=wg_cache

3. If that doesn't work a reinstall of the browser may be necessary, or just try a different browser. Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome all should work fine, and they are all free downloads. Firefox always has seemed the best to me, though I've tested the site with several browsers.
